PENTHOUSE WITH TERRACE:) Available from July 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026 / or until January 31, 2027 Hi! I'm Estefanía, a psychology student. I'm looking for someone to live in my apartment with me, my two cats, and one other person:) I'd like to find kind, friendly, and respectful people. I like living styles where there's a good balance between sharing some moments and having private space. If you like the apartment, write to me so we can get to know each other! EXPENSES Internet and community fees are already included in the price. Water and electricity are to be shared among the people living in the apartment. THE ROOM It's a 16 square meter room, divided into two areas: the bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and mirror, and a small living area with a sofa and desk. It gets a lot of light and the atmosphere is cozy. (Watch the video, it's more current than the photos and you can see the furniture that will be in the room there). COMMON AREAS As common areas, we have a 30 square meter terrace with mountain views (and you can also see a bit of the sea) where the temperature is very pleasant practically all year round. There is a very bright and spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. AREA AND CONNECTIONS The house is in Campoamor, next to the bullring, a 10-minute walk from the central market (you get there by walking straight down the street), and about a 20-minute walk from the beach. Very well located. Additionally, 2 blocks away you have Monte Tossal park with incredible city views. You have several supermarkets nearby, and a convenience store in the same building for emergencies. You also have bus connections behind the building (less than a minute from the entrance) that take you directly to the University, or anywhere in the city. PARKING We recommend parking in the "Monte Tossal parking lot" which is about a 6-7 minute walk from the house. It's across the park, and there's always parking. You can also park on the street, but sometimes it can be a bit difficult, depending on the day and time. IMPORTANT You should know that it is a fourth-floor apartment without an elevator. This is not a problem for us at all. On the contrary, it forces us to get some exercise:) SMOKING is NOT allowed in the house. Only on the terrace and with the door closed so smoke doesn't enter. ANIMALS are NOT allowed. To ensure good coexistence, loud music, playing instruments, or parties are not allowed. It is important to keep the common areas clean. If someone cooks, they must leave it as clean as it was for the next person; ).
