Available from July 31st onwards, for long stays. Newly renovated penthouse ideal for people between 25 and 40 years old who are coming for work or studies (or who telework) and are looking for a quiet, orderly, and clean living environment (essential to live here!). International and relaxed atmosphere: most flatmates are young Spaniards or Europeans who telework or are here for work stays. The apartment is unique and full of charm, with original wooden beams, stone walls, ceilings up to 6 meters high, and a spectacular terrace. You will love it. Each room has its own lock with a key, Smart TV, and hot/cold air conditioning with individual split units. In the kitchen, each person has their assigned space: numbered cabinets, bins, shelves in the fridge and freezer. There are two washing machines and plenty of space for drying clothes. The cohabitation is well-managed, with weekly cleaning of common areas and weekly replenishment of toilet paper, napkins, dish soap, sponges, hand soap, gel, shampoo, and other basics (except laundry detergent, which each person brings their own), included in the cleaning fee (detailed below). The main terrace is huge, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or working outdoors. It has sofas, tables, power outlets, plants, and an urban garden with a drip irrigation system, which you can use for your own consumption. Additionally, there is a second terrace on the upper level with artificial turf, a drying area, and spectacular views. The apartment has 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, two refrigerators, and a freezer), a living room with a projector connected to Netflix, and a laundry room. It's a corner apartment and gets a lot of light. It is located in Plaza Oliveretes, a central but quiet area, a 5-minute walk from the Central Market and its TRAM stop. You also have the Tossal park, the port, the auditorium, and bus stops connecting to the entire city and the university nearby. From the upper terrace and two rooms, there are direct views of Santa Bárbara Castle. There is 1 GB fiber optic and Mesh WiFi network to ensure good coverage throughout the house, perfect for teleworking. We are looking for responsible, clean, and respectful people in the common areas, who will take care of the apartment as if it were their own. Parties and constant visits are not allowed. It is important to leave clean whatever you use: bathroom, kitchen, terrace... the usual, you know:) About this room: The 120*190 cm bed is located on a raised platform, like a loft, which allows for the full use of the space below for a large desk and wardrobe. It also has a private balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for getting some fresh air, reading, or working in the sun. It also has its own key and air conditioning, and a SmartTV facing the bed. Expenses and cleaning are paid separately (water, electricity, and internet), estimated at €40/month per room. Room cleaning has an initial one-time cost of €25 (optional to repeat later or you can do it yourself). Weekly cleaning of common areas costs €30/month. You can book for as long as you need. The monthly rent for stays of 2 months or more is €440 + €40 for utilities + €30 for cleaning = €510/month. For stays of only 1 month, a supplement of €100 is added. In June and September, the rent increases by €60, and in July and August, the increase is €120. A contract is made, and registration of residence (empadronamiento) is allowed.
