It consists of 3 bedrooms. Two of them have double beds: one with a 1.50 cm bed and the other with a 1.35 cm bed. The third has a 90 cm bed. All three have wardrobes and ceiling fans. The living room has an open-plan kitchen and a terrace with beautiful and unobstructed views. It has an air conditioning unit (cold and heating). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. And the bathroom is completely renovated and has a shower tray. The neighborhood has all the necessary services at your fingertips and bus and tram stops (Marq/Castillo) are 5 minutes away. The beach is a 15-minute walk away and the central market (center of Alicante) is a 10-minute walk away. Water, electricity, Wi-Fi and service fee are included in the price, no extra charges.
