Hi, I'm Pilar and I'm dedicated to crafts. I'm a simple and sociable person. I offer 4 rooms for female students or interns in my house. They are available from December 1st for a maximum of 11 months. I don't live there, but I have a small workshop where I go to work. The apartment is very well located, 5 minutes from the center, a bus stop 5 minutes away and a tram 10 minutes away. Mercadona supermarket 5 minutes away and a small neighborhood shop just around the corner. I'm looking for non-smokers who want a pleasant and quiet environment, who respect the rules of coexistence and hygiene and the rest of the neighbors. All rooms are equipped to move in and have their own key; they include duvets, quilts, 2 sets of sheets and 2 towels, shelves, wardrobes, desk lamp and study table, wastebasket, ceiling fan, etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped: oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, waffle iron, cutlery, crockery, etc. The price includes gas for the water heater and wifi; electricity and water are separate.
